Clare Buckley

Clare qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has spent the entirety of her career specialising in crime. She developed a passion for criminal law during her training contract and has dedicated her career to representing those most in need. Clare is a strong advocate who cares deeply about her clients and over the years has developed a strong client following. Clare is a Higher Court Advocate though currently manages a very strong magistrates court team. She was a partner at Steven Young & Co for 20 years before becoming a director at Allens Young.
Clare dealt with the very first Modern Slavery Case in the country and has vast experience dealing with all offences from simple shop thefts to murder.
Clare is the defence representative for the Criminal Justice Board for Gloucestershire and for the local Delivering Justice group.
