Requests which are either manifestly unfounded or excessive may be refused or charges may apply.  If we refuse, we will tell you why and offer you a right to complain. All requests for data access should be made in writing to the Office Manager.

We will rectify any errors in the personal data we hold upon reasonable requests in writing.

We will transfer your personal data on your request to other Solicitors subject to the approval of the court in cases funded by the Legal Aid Agency.

Allen Hoole maintains appropriate security standards and procedures in relation to the collection, use and retention of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
